Can I cancel my order?

We want you to receive and enjoy your order as soon as possible. For this, we send all orders to print within 12 hours. In the event that you do need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

Can I return my order?

We do accept returns for non-customized items if you contact us within 14 days of recieving your order. The item(s) must be in original condition to be eligible for return, and you will be responsible for return shipping. To start a return, contact us via the form below.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

This is rare but accidents can happen. If your order arrived damaged, please contact us via the form below within two weeks of receiving your order, including the following:
• an image of the damaged product and packaging
• order ID number

What are the mugs made of?

Our mugs are made of a refined, coated ceramic. While they are pretty durable, we recommend handling your mug with care. Our mugs are safe to use in a dishwasher or microwave.

Is the mug design safe from fading?

Yes. We use special sublimation ink that is permanently infused into the mugs surface, and should never fade, regardless of how many times you wash it. If it does fade, just contact us and we’ll send you a replacement.

Can I become a YourDay retailer?

You want to sell YourDay in your physical store or online shop? Awesome! We would love to hear from you. Get in touch with us via fam@yourday.co with information about your store as well as what type of business you are in (Online Only/New Business/Independent Store/Multiple Retailer).

I am a social media influencer. Can I collaborate with YourDay?

Absolutely, we'd love to work with you! Send an email to fam@yourday.co and include “Influencer” in the subject line.

We are always open to collaborations. Just send an email to fam@yourday.co with “Collab” in the subject line. Be sure to include some info on your company, and we’ll get back to you!
